Team One Racing began as a racing team in 1999 and is very proud of the growth their team has seen. Having started as strictly a Cat. 1-2 team, they have now reached out to other racers with aspirations of becoming elite racers. In 2002, T1R started a Developmental Squad that is designed to help mentor the Cat. 4 & 5 racers to Cat. 2 & 3 status.
In 2005, Sportsman's Fine Wine and Spirits became a 3-year title sponsor of T1R and the team name is now Team One Racing.
